Prakash Mamtaney is a Co-Founder of The Transformation Group. He is a business and financial services executive with over 30 years of experience at Citigroup and HSBC. He has led strategic global transformation initiatives to maximize productivity, efficiency, and revenue.
Prakash has expertise in all facets of the financial services industry. Extensive exposure to credit cards, retail, corporate, and private banking businesses across operations and technology. Execute and develop, world-class team and delivery infrastructures, engaging stakeholders and overseeing third-party vendors. Approachable, using consultative approach, driving results and delivering on time and within budget. His domain knowledge in resource and location strategy, business integration, lean and six sigma, re-engineering, transformation, digital agile platform, change management and robotics process automation. He has held senior positions in Citigroup including Head of Resource & Location (Enterprise Infrastructure-Consumer Group), Chief Operating Officer (International O&T) and Program Management Head - Cards Platform.
Prakash holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Accounting.
